With COVID19 having such a huge impact on the world, I take pleasure in helping people “Put The Pieces Back Together” and to re-create a NEW NORMAL. Life can be hard and sometimes throws us curveballs but together we can put the pieces back together. I pride myself in being a great listener and providing solutions to life’s many difficult challenges. I specialize in Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse and Sever Mental Health Challenges.
I believe that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires genuine caring without judgment, and I cooperatively assist my clients in clarifying their goals for treatment. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation.
As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct. I consider myself an active therapist, combining experience, education, creativity, and sense of humor with a down-to-earth, realistic approach to counseling.

The goal of the group is to offer support, education and guidance to those who struggle with anger by helping them gain more insight into their automatic thoughts, cognitive distortions, underlying assumptions and core beliefs and to reframe them as needed.
Cognitive Behavioral / Problem Solving
Problem solving treatment is centered on the goal of teaching each person skills that are required to be more active in their lives and the decisions needed to make to reach their goals. This type of treatment allows the client to use their influence to take an active role in their decision-making processes. When used with a specific problem, the client is able to use and apply the skills to other problems that they come across in life and to face challenges in an independent way. Through repetition, confidence can be built for results in every aspect of life.
