Hi! My name is Miranda Jackson and I am a counseling intern, currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Old Dominion University. I have my bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where you feel understood and empowered. I work collaboratively to assist individuals in developing healthy habits, manage stress, and improve overall quality of life. I offer support and guidance with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and difficulty adjusting to life transitions and new environments.
