Hello, my name is Martha Ray. I am a clinical mental health counseling student,
completing the practicum portion of my master’s program at Old Dominion University.
I believe in creating a space that is safe, supportive, and allows me to work
alongside clients to help them in their personal journeys towards growth and
understanding. Every client comes with different needs which is why I believe in
an integrated approach where treatment is tailored to each client’s individual
needs. I do this through techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and
strength-based approaches.

Individual Counseling (45 min): $75
Individual Counseling (60 min): $85
Premarital and Couples Therapy:
Evaluation ( 1st session ): $135
Couple therapy (45 min): $100
Couple therapy (60 min): $125
