My name is Peyton, and I am a counseling intern in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I use a person-centered approach to work collaboratively with clients, highlighting and building upon their strengths, to assist them in reaching their full potential. I use trauma-informed and cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients work through feelings of anxiety, depression, negative self-concept, LGBTQ+ concerns, and past traumatic experiences.

Individual Therapy:
Evaluation (1st session) : $95
Individual Counseling (45 min): $75
Individual Counseling (60 min): $85
Premarital and Couples Therapy:
Evaluation ( 1st session ): $135
Couple therapy (45 min): $100
Couple therapy (60 min): $125
Couples / marriage therapy is not reimbursable by insurance.
