First of all, you are not crazy! You may be under a large amount of stress or a “crazy” amount of stress, but you are not crazy. How were you supposed to know things could get this difficult to handle? Good on you for trying to get help! We all need someone to talk with sometimes and get things out of our system to find ourselves again.

Here to help, my name is Alley, and I am a Latina from Fayetteville, NC. For 12 years I have been obtaining experiences to enable my work with families, college students, young and middle-aged adults, essential workers, healthcare professionals and clients for mental health concerns. I began with studying music therapy, transitioned into family and community services, then career counseling, college counseling, before ultimately counseling pre-professionals in the medical field.

I appreciate that the Covid-19 pandemic allowed others more insight on the needs of healthcare professionals, but already was a supportive resource to those individuals. I say this to provide outreach to this population, so perhaps this is you or maybe your background does not fit either the college student/young adult or healthcare professional, and that is completely fine! I am ready to journey with you as you work towards the best version of yourself.
